The idea for the week is long exposure / slow shutter.
I immediately thought of those light painting images I did of Elias out in the desert some years ago.
And I thought of the light painting pics I did of Julian at Ocean Beach a couple years ago.
Seems like I've done it all already.
If I can find a model, I'd like to go to the graffiti tunnels and shoot some nudes while playing with the rave poi balls I bought for a project but never really used.
That could give me some good long exposure light painting vibes.
The changing ball lights giving a hint at the nude male body spinning them overhead.
I like the way that would look.
Fingers crossed; finding models has become harder since I don't spend 8 hours a day online looking.
I feel like it used to be so easy, but then I realize that I was basically doing it as a full time job - coming home, jumping on the gay apps, and hitting up anyone with a cute face or butt to pose for me. Hundreds of texts to get a single yes.
Now, I log in every couple days, throw out 3 or 5 invitations, and get nearly zero bites.
It is what it is.
It's all slowed down cuz I've slowed down.
